Our Client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Credit Control Team based in Watford. This is a permanent vacancy, offering the successful candidate a full time office based position.

This vacancy will suit candidates who have experience working within a similar environment, processing a high volume of invoices and credit notes alongside delivering an excellent level of Customer Service when required.

The role is varied and it is a fantastic opportunity to join a hard working team who offer a friendly, welcoming environment to work in.

Duties include:

• Processing payments on a monthly basis
• Chasing outstanding debt from overdue accounts
• Working with the Operations department to resolve any disputes or queries
• Raising invoices and credit notes
• Monthly customer statements
• Providing administrative support to Credit Control Team
