We are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a company based in Chesham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but fun team where you will be providing an over the phone service to customers and administrative support to the sales team.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
Duties:
- Provide all customers with excellent customer service
- Accurately generate customer orders into the sales order processing system, checking that Sales Executives have provided all the necessary information and that delivery dates can be met
- Liaise directly with the customer during the order input process
- Ensure payment terms have been agreed for all orders and issue proforma invoices when required
- Obtain product approvals from customers
- Liaise with suppliers of products to ensure deliveries and collections have been made and to resolve any problems
- Raise and send purchase orders to suppliers and chase them to confirm that delivery dates will be met
- Deal with customer complaints and enquiries about order progress
- Raise customer quotations if requested by Head of Sales
- Mail brochures, samples and other information to customers
- Complete filing and paperwork in accordance with Company procedures
- Work closely with colleagues in the Sales Office, Factory and all other departments in a co-operative and enthusiastic manner
- Undertake other reasonable tasks when requested by a Manager or Director
- Work within the agreed Terms and Conditions of Employment
