Salary - £21k - £23k plus great benefits

Some of the duties will include:

• Administration of customer documentation 
• Keeping details accurately updated on bespoke systems
• Making changes accordingly to customer documentation 
• Taking ownership of overall administration within the department
• Communicating with customers over the phone and via email 
• Sending out updated customer documentation 
• Working well as part of a team 

The suitable candidate: 

• Previous experience within administration 
• High level of attention to detail 
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Highly organised 
• Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
• Strong team player
