We are recruiting for a well-established business based in Kings Langley, we are looking for a HR and Recruitment Administrator to join their very friendly team in supporting their Recruitment Team until the end of the year in what is proving to be a very busy time for them with a high number of roles to recruit for.

This is a temporary role which they are expecting to last until Christmas to support the team with administration and generally supporting the recruitment process from advertising and screening, to booking interviews and getting feedback from all parties. We are not looking for someone to actively source/approach candidates, the aim of this temporary position is to move processes along and make sure the basics are being done.

The role is temporary, offering weekly pay of up to £12 per hour plus holiday pay accrual for a HR/Rec Administrator, although if you have recruitment/HR experience and are very experienced in this line of work and willing to take on more, there is flexibility to increase that hourly rate.

We are looking for someone free to start in the next week or two and will be on a hybrid working structure, 3 in the office and 2 from home, full time hours at 37.5 hours a week but some degree of part time and flexibility can be discussed for the right person.
