We are currently recruiting for our market leading client with their head office based in North-West London, they are looking for a competent Customer Service Administrator candidate that are multilingual and speaks either fluent French OR Spanish to join their fun and friendly team in a fully remote based role to support the team with admin and customer support remotely.
The successful candidate will be providing support to global customers who have purchased their equipment and require assistance of a technical nature. No previous technical knowledge is required, full training is given.
The role will be remote working and all equipment required to do the role will be provide, candidates will need to speak English as well as either French OR Spanish, written skills are beneficial but a fantastic system which translates spoken language into text is used.
REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE - To be considered you must have your own laptop or computer and a headset.
This position will be paying £11 to £13 per hour plus holiday pay and is working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
