Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing organisation based within the St Albans area. My client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their growing team. This person will be overseeing a team of 6 warehouse staff, the successful candidate will need to have previous experience within a smaller warehouse environment, as well as experience of working at management level. 

Salary - £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience

Some of the duties will include:

• Line managing a team of 6 warehouse staff 
• Checking stock on arrival from suppliers 
• Managing outgoing customer order 
• Oversee staff who are prepping and packing orders
• Taking control of stock rotation 
• Handling customer returns 
• Being first point of contact for suppliers if any issues arise 

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience of managing staff
• Previous experience within a warehouse function 
• Experience within an smaller warehouse function 
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• High level of attention to detail 
• Local to St Albans 
• Flexible approach to work
