We are pleased to be recruiting for a Manufacturing company based in Hemel Hempstead, our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will satisfy the customer’s needs to ensure a consistence and high-quality customer experience as well as ensuring departmental targets are met and to foster and develop professional relationships.
Duties:
- Enter sales orders on computer, accurately.
- Assist with telephone orders.
- Handle general customer queries relative to orders, stock and pricing as required.
- Maintain good internal and external communication.
- To share general office clerical duties as required coupled with a willingness to undertake such other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Line Manager or any other more Senior Manager or Director.
- Perform back-up Scheduling Duties
- Be a team player
- Log all customer enquiries, complaints and queries to produce monthly reports.
- Ensure that all requests for the return of goods are accompanied with the correct paperwork.
- Process credit notes
