We are currently recruiting for our market leading client with their head office based in North-West London, they are looking for a competent Customer Service Support candidate that speaks fluent French, Spanish AND English to join their fun and friendly team in a fully remote based role. 

The successful candidate will be providing support to global customers who have purchased their equipment and require assistance of a technical nature. The role will be remote working but candidates will ideally be based around the Greater London area and must have both fluent French & Spanish language skills and previous customer support experience, along with the ability to quickly learn product info to deal with technical questions; previous use of Zendesk would be useful too but full training is provided. 

We are looking for candidates available to start in the coming weeks, with full training available and you will be set up to work remotely, you will need to have your own laptop, headset and reliable internet connection to take on this role. 

This position will be paying £12 per hour, plus holiday pay, offering weekly pay and the chance to secure a very long term temporary position with the potential of temp to permanent available.
