We are working with their customer service and sales team to create a new team to support them for the next 3 months, this role is ideal if you want to use it to get some experience but also could go temp to perm for the right people.
The role will be based remotely, but you will need to come into the office in Hemel Hempstead for initial training and to collect equipment, as well as working there once a week.
We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors and we are not looking for candidates with an abundance of experience! The right attitude and willingness to learn is key.
This position will involve taking inbound calls whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service and accurate data entry. Although we are asking for eloquent and customer service driven candidates, this could very well be the perfect job for university students and school leavers with little work experience behind them!
We are looking for candidates that are available to start work on 2nd August, but there will be a second induction later in August too.
Successful candidates will be working 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, although from October onwards there may be the need to work some weekends and you would be given days off during the week in return.
This role will be paying £8.91 per hour, plus holiday pay and weekly pay.
