We are pleased to be recruiting for an Office Administrator for a company based in Luton. Our client is looking for a confident, efficient and organised candidate to join their ever-growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a school lever educated to A Level or someone with experience. You will be joining a warm, welcoming and fun team!
Duties:
- Responding to emails and answering telephone calls
- Liaising with customers regarding any questions / queries that they may have
- Providing general administrative support to the team at all times
- Providing clients with formal quotations and booking in jobs via our bespoke software programme
Candidate requirements:
- Quick learner who can think on their feet and use their own initiative
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment - working to tight deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team

- Excellent customer service skills
