We are working with a global company and specifically their office based in Hemel Hempstead, looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to join their team based in the Maylands Industrial Area of Hemel Hempstead.

Ideally we are looking for a proactive and confident individual who after initial training can work well as part of a team but also independently in making calls to confirm customer interest, qualify eligibility and then pass over to the field sales team to finalise the deal.

This position would suit someone with previous sales experience, either someone used to making calls and discussing/completing sales over the phone; or someone with a customer service background and used to selling and promoting add-ons. 

A motivated and driven mentality and a strong telephone manner are essential to this position.

The role will be office based in Hemel Hempstead, paying an hourly rate of £10 to £12 per hour dependant on experience, with a great possibility of a permanent role at the end of the assignment.  

Some of the duties will include:

• Contacting prospective customers over phone and email
• Following up potential leads 
• Fully briefing cusomers on products and services available
• Booking meetings for the field sales team after qualifying possible customers

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within a sales position
• Strong telephone manner with the ability to build a strong rapport
• Not afraid to pick up the phone and call potential customers 
• Great team player
• Driven and motivated to work towards goals
• Strong communication skills across all levels
