We are pleased to be recruiting for a Hire Controller to join a fast-paced industry leader based in Hemel Hempstead. My client is looking for someone to manage hire orders with suppliers and facilitating contracts

Service is paramount, can you help achieve a high standard of service to clients & contractors?

You will be mainly dealing with clients from the initial inquiry stages through to quotation, follow up, processing of the hire orders and transport to their site

Duties:

• Building lasting relationships with customers
• Organising transport
• Managing hire orders
• Invoice query management
• Resolving customer queries

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent customer service
• Organisational skills
• Time management skills
• IT literate
• Previous experience as a Hire Controller
