We are pleased to be supporting an ever-growing independent Financial Services company based in St Albans. We are looking for a Mortgage/Protection Advisor to join this well established and successful business. This position would be suitable for a Qualified Mortgage Adviser with some experience either as a Broker or working for a Bank/Building society

Must be CeMAP Qualified!

Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience (£60,000 OTE)

Duties:

• You will be involved in inbound and outbound calls
• You will work off a database of pre-qualified leads, generated from enquiries from our website and partnered Estate Agency
• Checking information entered by administration staff on behalf of advisors, to produce the required mortgage product
• Sourcing mortgage products through an integrated sourcing system
• Completing the reasoning document of the mortgage product selected and all the details concerning that mortgage product
• Producing suitability letters
• Helping support the advisors and the administration staff with a coherent process
• Administering leads, its distribution and involvement in generating leads
• Monitoring the responsibilities of the two-administration staff and streamlining systems and processes
• Reporting to the director of the company
• Undertaking compliance monitoring and procedure tasks as outlined by the mortgage network

Candidate requirements:

• You must be CeMap qualified
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent
