The main purpose of the role is to plan and organise the execution of contracts and ensure they are carried out according to their programmes of work, required standards of workmanship, and within agreed costs and timings from contract award to end of defects liability period, thereby ensuring obligations are met and a high profile is given to maximising company profitability and future works
