Specifically on their Vendor Central system? We are recruiting for a well-established business in an exciting sector who work with a variety of the worlds best known brands. This innovative and growing business based in Dunstable are looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to join their fun and hardworking team.

The E-commerce Coordinator will build and grow the companies Amazon business by taking ownership of and creating all Amazon listings. You will play a key part in ensuring that the companies Ecommerce strategy is carried out and improvements and new processes are being implemented.

Experience of working with Amazon and specifically Vendor Central is essential to this role and applicants without this experience will NOT be able to be considered.

The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday and offering a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Amazon targets and sales for the company.
• Analyse the sales data and forecast sales projections.
• Research competitor activity and how this is affecting companies’ sales.
• Create and recommend product promotions to increase sales.
• Reply to all customer queries.
• Speak to Amazon directly regarding any queries.
• General administration and clerical duties.

Candidate Requirements:

• Amazon and Vendor Central experience.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understanding of SEO and how this can improve sales.
• Exposure to a similar role with the order management process.
• Strong Excel – Familiar usage with VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables and Formulas would be an advantage.
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• A hard worker who is willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.
• Adaptable and flexible to be cross trained in different areas within the business.
