Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a part time PA to a Financial Advisor in Ampthill. The owner of the business is flexible on the hours/ days that are worked so this would be perfect to work around school hours or similar, with candidates working across 3 – 4 days per week.
Full time salary: £24,000 - £25,000 (Pro-rata based around days/ hours worked)
This is an ideal role for someone with previous PA and / or administration experience who is looking to begin a role which offers flexible working and ability to work from home (as well as the office). There will be a strong element of liaison with high level of professionals and senior customers alongside various administrative duties. There will also be the requirement to work alongside the Financial Advisor in their small home office. So, if you’re an experienced PA with great organisational, administration and customer service skills then this role would be perfect for you.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the Advisors email inbox
- Diary management
- Sending forward case details, obtaining missing information and documents as required
- Schedule meetings and prepare papers, documents and presentations for the meetings
- Building positive relationships with clients; acting as the key point of contact including answering and screening calls, dealing with enquiries / requests and handling / escalating where appropriate
- Managing ad hoc requests relating to any part of the business
- Managing the workflow; obtaining, imputing and submitting information and tracking the progress
- Managing LinkedIn and other platforms
- Administrative duties relating to valuations, compiling information and data input
Candidate requirements:
- Professional, self-motivated and pro-active
- Comfortable working in a small home office
- Adaptable and highly organised
- High attention to detail and extremely efficient
- Experience in a PA / Administrator / Customer service role is essential
- Excellent written / oral communications skills
- Proficient with OneNote and OneDrive
- Thorough command of MS Office - specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to be work with minimal supervision, prioritise work and act on own initiative
- Capable of dealing with a fast-paced environment, varying demands, changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Able and keen to learn new skills and navigate new systems quickly
- Must be flexible, forward thinking, hardworking and have a 'can do' attitude
