We are recruiting for a Sales Order Processor for a company based in Dunstable, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with an exciting company and a number of their well-known brands. They are looking for an additional order processor to support the Sales Admin team for at least the next 2 months, although the opportunity for something more permanent is very much there and a possibility too.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a well-recognized company that offer full training and support. Working in a a "family feel" team and environment.

Your main objective in this role will be to accurately process orders as well as working with customers to provide a good level of service.

This position will be working Monday to Friday on a full time basis, there is free on-site company parking available with a competitive hourly rate of £9 to £12 per hour (plus holiday pay) dependant on experience. 

Some of the duties will include: 

• Making sure that the all the data is recorded accurately onto bespoke systems (Training provided).
• Processing customer sales orders.
• Speaking to customers over the phone.
• Providing general office admin support to the Orders team.
• Responding to customer/client queries as required.

The skills required:

• Previous administration/customer service/order processing experience would be useful.
• Ability to communicate on all levels.
• A strong team player.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A very positive and can-do attitude.
