We are pleased to be recruiting for a customer focused Sales Support Coordinator for a successful and fun company based in Hemel Hempstead, we are looking for a friendly and professional person to join their vibrant team.
The company operates across the globe with a range of high-quality products and need additional support within this team to ensure orders are being processed accurately and the best Customer Service is being offered to their increasing client base.
8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties:
- Processing orders with a high level of accuracy, including liaising with manufacturers ensuring delivery deadlines are met
- Applying for and providing essential documentation required for international orders
- Arranging transport requirements for customers’ orders where required
- Handling general enquiries for new and existing customers
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Providing a high level of customer service to all customers and being one of their main point of contacts to help build and strengthen relationships
- Upselling using available promotions
- Handling complaints
- Raising payment invoices ensuring payments are received
- Communicate effectively to colleagues and senior management
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to determined deadlines
- Customer services and sales experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Nav Dynamics
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to act independently and as part of a team
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Adaptive and receptive to change, with the ability to cope with a varied and demanding workload
