We have a fantastic part-time opportunity for a candidate to join a company in Hemel Hempstead. Based in the Maylands Business Park, this company are looking for a new member of the team as a "Lead Qualifier" to support their sales and marketing strategy for 2020. 

The successful candidate will be qualifying sales leads from a number of warm sources, this role is not a cold calling/telemarketing position; you will be speaking to new potential customers, lapsed clients, those who have registered an interest etc. and then booking meeting for the sales team to attend to then discuss the product and service in more detail. 

This position is offering very flexible working hours and days, ideally we are looking for a candidate who would be open to working either 2 full days per week, or 4 half days a week, hours in which you work are flexible and could be worked around school hours too. 

Free parking on site is available, local shops are within walking distance and the hourly rate is between £9 and £11 per hour + Holiday pay.

Duties to include:

• Contacting identified targets and leads to conduct research and identify any opportunities from that information
• Record all data accurately
• To develop a good working relationship within the team as you will be responsible for feeding information and leads directly to the sales and marketing team
• To assist with any ad hoc administration tasks when required
• Build an exceptional level of rapport with clients

Candidate requirements:

• Extremely strong communication skills are a must - written and verbal
• Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Strong use of initiative
• A true team player and confident
• Available to meet the client and start work as soon as possible
