We are recruiting for a number of Customer Service Administrator temp vacancies for a project with a very well known client based in the Hemel Hempstead Industrial Estate area.

The role will be to start on an initial temp basis as early as next week, or as soon as possible for the right candidate, this project would guarantee ongoing temp work and full time hours but the potential to secure a longer term or permanent position is very much a possibility too.

The role will be a telephone based customer service position dealing with inbound calls, taking notes and messages and uploading that information to their bespoke system. 

Before applying please note that the positon is to start at short notice and we can only consider candidates that can commit to full time hours and days on an ongoing basis. The position itself will be office based in the Maylands Industrial Estate working the hours of 9am to 5pm, paying an hourly rate of £9 + holiday pay.

Candidate requirements:

• Previous customer service experience (office, contact centre, retail or hospitality based)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Comfortable dealing with customers on the phone
• Available to commence the assignment ASAP
• Strong communication skills
