Think Specialist Recruitment have registered a role based in the Rivermead area of Swindon as a Project Administrator for a growing organisation to provide admin support for key contracts and projects for clients who are household recognized brand names. 

The position will be on a temporary basis to start, working Monday to Friday and full time hours equating to a 37.5 hour working week, although this company are very strongly looking at the role on a temporary to permanent basis. 

We are looking for someone with proven experience in an administration based position and IT literate with knowledge of MS Packages, specifically Excel and the ability to use Outlook.

The position would be paying £9.23 to £10.25 dependant on experience, plus holiday pay and free parking is available on site as well with good public transport routes and the closest bus stop a short walk away from the office. 

Some of the duties will include: 

• Providing quotations, invoicing and stock control.
• Customer/Account support on equipment breakdowns. 
• Co-ordination of programme projects.
• Liaise with Production, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure all phases of projects are delivered in line with agreed client requirements.
• Support company requirements to ensure project delivery is met to Client expectations.
• Build a good relationship with other functions and departments within the organisation.
• Identify areas for self-improvement and training requirements.
• Observe and comply with all company requirements.

The suitable candidate:

• Proven administration skills and experience.
• Any experience of managing or assisting on projects would be an added bonus.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
• Good initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner.
• Ability to be flexible with working hours dependant on the needs of the business and projects at hand would be of use.
