We are looking for a Client Relationship Administrator to be one of the first points of contact for clients via telephone and email. You will be working in a paperless office using up to date technology supporting the team who are based both in the office and remotely. The role will be mainly to ensure new cases are opened, and that all AML /Client Due Diligence (CDD) checks are completed in line with procedures as quickly and accurately as possible.
