We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a client based in the Letchworth Garden City area that work with some of the largest and most recognisable companies and brands in the world. This role will initially be to start on a temp basis and support is needed in the office right up until Christmas time, but the chance to extend and even secure a permanent position is possible for the right candidate.
The role will be an office based position where you will be speaking to customers and suppliers on the phone, providing updates, communicating via email and keeping on top of any relevant admin and data input tasks.
What we are looking for in possible candidates is a good telephone manner and quality communication skills, full training will be given but you will need to be comfortable using a computer and microsoft office packages.
Please note before applying that our client needs committed temps who can provide them with support right up until Christmas and possibly longer, core hours are 9am-5pm, but you may need to work 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm if the requirement is there.
This position will be paying an hourly rate of £8.50+ (plus holiday pay) dependant on experience.
