Think Specialist Recruiting are pleased to be recruiting for a Communications Manager to improve external communications to all stakeholders, customers, leads and users. We are looking for someone to present this small but ambitious company in an accessible, positive and professional manner, someone who is an organised natural communicator
This role will involve using a range of communication channels often in a hands-on capacity, although you will also have support from an external marketing agency and an internal software team
There is flexibility on this role for full time or part time. Term time only or shorter days are possible. 7 hour working day, flexible with start and finish times
Duties:
- Using all appropriate communications channels to best present the company to all external stakeholders, which might include videos, webinars, social media, email, phone, CMS based websites, brochures, and other channels.
- Creating and managing online support materials for customers and users, which includes writing articles and creating videos.
- Mapping out communications needs and then optimising and automating them where possible.
- Taking phone queries from users and customers.
- Ascertaining customers’ and users’ needs.
- Reporting to the senior management team.
- Project management.
Candidate requirements:
- A natural communicator, at ease speaking with all types of people, and able to put your message across powerfully and succinctly.
- Experience of working with a variety of communication channels.
- Highly organised and able to map out and execute communications plans.
- Strong in digital communications and services.
