Our client is looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join their UK Head Office. Based within modern offices, this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a market leading organisation.
Some of the duties will include:
• Achieving a robust compliance culture throughout the organisation
• Identification and understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory environment
• Identification, assessment and management of compliance risks
• Ensuring local compliance with group policies on topics relating to financial crime and conduct
• Maintaining and implementing local policies and processes
• Perform and develop monitoring activities
• Provide assistance in developing and delivering a compliance training plan for all members
• Giving advice to members on compliance topics
• Meeting local, corporate and regulatory reporting requirements
The suitable candidate:
• Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work
• Strong communication skills on all leveld
• Previous experience within a similar position is essential
• Knowledge of FCA guidelines is essential
• Customer focused, but at the same time meeting business needs
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn
