We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a busy office based in Hemel Hempstead. The right candidate will provide support in various areas of the organisation and is accountable to the Office Manager, being the first point of contact and responsible for promoting the image of the company in a professional and friendly manner.

Duties:

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or email
• Taking & Processing orders received via email and telephone
• Invoicing & Invoice Queries.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Follow up on customer interactions

Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience of working in a busy office environment preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Hard working and well organised.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of administrative procedures
• Problem-solving
