We have a fantastic opportunity for candidates to join a globally known company on a temp basis on a 4 month contract to provide support to a very busy and exciting Events Team and assist with the coordination, planning and running of large scale exhibitions and events across the country. 

The ideal candidate will be someone that is free for work right away, as this company are on the brink of starting their exhibition schedule and need someone to come in and hit the ground running. This is a great opportunity for someone with a good level of events management or coordination experience under their belt.

The events coordinator/manager would be responsible for coordinating large scale events, managing agencies, liaising with stand contractors, ensuring plans are in place, marketing materials are ordered and hotel booking are in place. You will need to be confident and experienced as you will be in control of budgets of up to six figures. 

This position is going to be working on a full time temporary basis and will be paying a fantastic pay rate of up to approximately £12-£14 per hour varying with experience. 

Ideally you will be a car driver or happy using public transport, the position will be office based in Hemel Hempstead, but you will need to travel to the exhibitions to be there for build and prep.
