We are urgently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant for a client of ours in St Albans. This is a full time Temporary to Permanent vacancy and we are looking for someone to start the role this week!

The successful candidate will have previous experience using Sage and experience of working within a fast paced accounts team.

Overview of duties:

• Daily and weekly bank reconcilliations
• Requesting changes to client credit limits
• Creating new clients in Sage
• Raising Sales invoices to Clients and issuing statements
• AP statement checks
• All AP duties including processing of invoices, statement runs and processing staff expenses
• Providing all ad hoc support to the team when required

The working hours of this role are 9AM - 6PM with a 1 hour lunch break. Due to the location of our client the successful candidate will have access to a car and be able to drive.
