We are pleased to be working with a well-established head office in Watford who are currently looking for a Customer Services Supervisor. This position is based within a fast paced team.

We are looking for candidates with people management skills, a keen eye for detail and an ability to provide operational support. Working in a large, outgoing and sociable team environment, candidates must have excellent communication skills, competency in handling the performance of team members and excellent problem solving skills.

Overview of duties:

• Assist the team by performing and monitoring daily tasks alongside them
• Facilitate weekly team meetings
• Handle all escalated cases and enquiries
• Liaise directly with internal/external customers when required
• Carry our performance reviews and appraisals
• Monitoring the team’s attendance
• Build and maintain relationships with other departments to ensure overall efficiency in the company.
• Performance management of team members
• Working across departments to resolve potential issues.
• KPI reporting – weekly and monthly
