We are pleased to be working with a fantastic company based in Hitchin who are looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join their friendly, family feel office. The position will require someone with a good eye for detail as you will be working closely with Excel and Sage 50.

Please note – We will only be considering candidates who have previous experience using Sage 50. Due to location this role will only be suitable for someone who is a driver.  

Duties to include:

• Managing Excel spreadsheets
• Data-entry and data management
• Working on Sage 50 managing supplier invoices
• Chasing VAT receipts
• Providing support to the finance manager
• Providing general office admin support

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience using Sage 50
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work well within a team
• Good attention to detail 
• A positive can-do attitude
