We have a great opportunity to work with one of our biggest clients in the heart of Hemel Hempstead and to get started with them within the coming weeks on a temporary assignment expected to last until September time.

The role will be based in Hemel Hempstead and the successful candidates will join a welcoming and energetic team as a temp, being given full training and great office experience.

We are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors and we are not looking for candidates with an abundance of experience! The right attitude and willingness to learn is key, someone positive and switched on with the ability to pick up a new system and a good telephone manner is exactly what we are looking for. - Students and school leavers looking for some experience, please get in touch!

Please take a note of the below shift details before applying:

Successful candidates will work to a rota, you will be given a 40 hour working week, with your hours being set between the times of 9am-9pm. Working days will include 4 days between Monday-Friday and then working 1 day on either Saturday/Sunday each week, this is a requirement.

This position will guarantee full time working hours paid at £8.21 per hour.

Main duties to include:

• To liaise with existing customers about their recent purchases and experience with our client (products and services).
• To deliver an exceptional level of customer service during every phone call.
• To engage with all customers by listening and communicating effectively.
• Maintain and update the inhouse system with accurate information received over the telephone.
• Work well within a team to support others and all required tasks are carried out.

Candidate requirements:

• Must be very fluent in both written and spoken English
• Must have excellent communication skills
• No prior experience is needed, although some form of customer service, office, retail or hospitality experience would be useful
• Good IT skills are required

Candidates must be available to start at short notice and be able to commit to working until September, you must also be fully flexible and able to work the shift patterns above.
