We are looking for a strong administrator to join our client based in Harpenden. Initially starting on a temporary basis, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a nationwide company with the strong potential of a permanent offering.

This is a fast paced role within a small team offering the opportunity for the right person to gain extensive experience within a busy commercial environment.

The successful candidate will be available to interview immediately and start the role by the end of the week.

Overview of duties:

• Provide all administration support
• Answer external and internal phone calls
• Supporting the Department Director with one to one support when required
• Maintain and develop the existing filing system, managing all stored data efficiently and consistently in line with the departments requirements
• Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the whole department

Candidate requirements:

• Comfortable working within fast paced environment
• Strong use of initiative
• Demonstrates an 'investigative' and 'can do' approach and attitude to all tasks
• Strong administration skills
• Communicates well both written and verbally
• Good time management and able to meet deadlines
• Able to prioritise workload and work independently
• Proficient use of all Microsoft programmes
• Excellent Organisational skills
• Good level of numeracy
• A real Team player
