My client are a growing organisation, looking for a charismatic, enthusiastic and driven candidate to join their growing team. This position is a nice all round position, it would suit someone with great communication skills, as well as good administrative skills. Previous experience within a skip hire company would be preferred but not essential. 

Some of the duties will include: 

Must have previous tachograph experience! 

• Managing the administration for the site
• Order Processing
• Scheduling skips for customers 
• Providing strong customer service 
• Ordering permits 
• Processing payments
• Driver Management including tachograph reporting 
• Booking vehicle inspections and MOTs 
• Business Development for tipping as well as plant hire
• Plant hire management
• Invoicing and payment confirmation
• Booking delivery and collections 
• Online order payment processing

 The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within a similar position
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Strong team player
• Good attention to detail 
• Ability to build a strong rapport with internal and external contacts 
• Self-starter
• Previous experience within Plant Hire is desirable but not essential
