Think Specialist Recruitment have registered an Administrator job opportunity to join the UK Head Office of a global organisation. You will be working from a corporate and lively office where it will be your duty to support all internal and external contacts with technical administrative duties.
The purpose of this position is to support all internal, field-based and external contacts in maintaining the Service department and all associated systems and processes. This varied role will include scheduling engineers, diary management, handling claims, running reports and ensuring the department runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, excellent attention to detail, have good communication skills and work in an organised fashion.
