We are looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join our Client based on the outskirts of St Albans. Our client is looking for a presentable and self-motivated candidate to join their team and help with all reception duties for the next 4 weeks.

The successful candidate will be available to start work on Tuesday 23rd April and be able to commit to a minimum of 4 weeks full time work. Due to location this role would suit car drivers and owners as public transport is very limited.

Working hours - Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break)

Overview of duties:

• Answer all incoming telephone calls and direct to the relevant departments
• Meeting and greeting clients upon and arrival
• Receiving all deliveries and filing all paperwork correctly
• To manage all incoming and outgoing post
• General filing/scanning and uploading all documentation to the internal system

Candidate requirements:

• Presentable and well spoken
• Self-motivated and strong use of initiative
• Able to work on their own and think outside of just the tasks that have been given
• Must be able to start work on Tuesday 26th April and be able to commit to a minimum of 4 weeks work with no absence
