We are delighted to be working with one of our leading clients in Watford who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their busy and fast paced Payroll Team. We are looking for candidates with payroll experience and ideally with working knowledge of iTrent MHR. Initially on a temporary basis, this opportunity can guarantee work until July however there is a strong potential of extension for the right person!

Overdue of duties and requirements:

• Must have experience of working with inhouse payroll systems
• Ideally have knowledge of iTrent MHR – desirable however not essential
• To enter all payments / deductions for monthly payroll
• To make Pension payments to Provider
• To calculate and apply ssp, spp, smp etc.
• T calculate Maternity schedule.
• Undertake Monthly Reporting to HMRC and all other finance reporting
• Reconcile monthly payroll
• All Benefits administration including Company cars and Private medical contributions
• Month end reporting and issuing P11Ds

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break

Please note that this role is to start ASAP and it is essential that the successful candidate can work full time hours Monday to Friday.
