We are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist who is fluent in both Italian and English, to join a fast paced and expanding team in the Watford area. Our client, a market leader, has an exciting opportunity for language speaking Specialist Advisor within their Customer Care team. The company can offer a fantastic benefits package and the opportunity for progression through various training and development schemes.

We are looking for candidates with strong Customer Service Skills and for a willingness to go the extra mile to help! The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, competency handling customer queries and able to train new customers on how to use their products. The successful candidate must speak fluent English and Italian.

Located close to the heart of Watford, these modern and spacious offices are accessible by great transport links as well as offering onsite parking for car owners

Main duties to include:

• Training new customers using industry specific knowledge
• Making outbound calls to customers at assigned times
• Consistently providing a professional yet empathetic level of customer service
• Having the empathy, patience and ability to understand technical language
• To deliver safe and reliable customer service along with technical support for products when required
• Ensure that all telephone calls are carried out to the highest of quality which may include prioritising when necessary.
• Working in compliance to company policy and ethos

Candidate requirements:

• Experience within a customer service role
• Second language in Italian
• Fluent in English – written is essential
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
