Working on the sales floor, you will be part of a competitive and driven team who like to have fun and help each other to succeed, all determined to achieve fantastic results every day, individually and together as a team.

This role will be dealing with an extremely high level of warm leads, all inbound, from customers calling in, website queries, emails and repeat business, there is NO need for any form of cold calling or cold selling. Regardless of your experience you will be given all the training, tools and support needed to succeed and make the most of these leads; with everyone being taken through an all-inclusive training programme.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deal only with “warm leads” and enquiries from customers
• Having in depth professional conversations in order to enhance sales
• Advise on different products and options for the customer
• Support Marketing initiatives across the business
• Gain knowledge and experience on different products and systems
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
