We have a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a globally known company based in Hemel Hempstead on a temp basis for at least the next 2 months (With a chance of temp to perm too); we're looking for someone who can meet and start asap to provide support to what is an extremely exciting Marketing Team and specifically assist with the companies PR and Social Media communication activities to support their Sales and Marketing objectives. 

The ideal candidate will be someone that is looking to get into work right away and hit the ground running, this is a fantastic opportunity to earn invaluable experience and can guarantee you full time working hours; so please only apply if you are available right away to start and can commit for at least 2 months or be interested in a temp to perm position. 

A marketing, PR or Social Media graduate, someone with prior experience as Marketing, PR or Social Media Executive, Associate, Specialist or similar would be ideal for this.

This is a great opportunity to work with a company that provide interesting and modern products; based in their head offices within Hemel Hempstead that provide free parking on site, easy public transport access, full time hours and days and paying a fantastic pay rate of £13-£15 per hour dependent on experience.

Duties to include:

• Work collaboratively with the companies in house PR / social teams to adapt and localise centrally developed campaigns and content and to implement them in the best possible way at a local level
• Develop and maintain calendars of content for local delivery in market
• Support development of social media channels in market and support local teams in securing sales team and other stakeholder buy-in
• Maintain close and collaborative relationships with the PR and social teams
• Organise and attend internal and external meetings as appropriate
• Consistently achieve deadlines and maintain first class administration

Candidate requirements:

• Experience or interest in PR & Social Media - either graduate or prior work experience
• A person who actively demonstrates initiative and can operate with a high degree of confidentiality
• An excellent writer with good public relations skills including any of; creative thinking, copy writing, ability to prepare and deliver proposals and reviews
• Flexible and adaptable
• An effective communicator capable of communicating both verbally and in writing both internally and externally
• Proven organisational skills
• A self-starter with a logical approach to problems
• The ability to work within a team environment and multi-task
• Literate and numerate
