Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established international company currently seeking a Team Leader to manage their Case Handling team. We are looking for candidates with people management skills, a keen eye for detail and an ability to provide operational support.
As the person overseeing the management of escalated complaints and queries, it’s imperative that this person has a strong background in financial services. Working in a large, outgoing and sociable team environment, candidates must have excellent communication skills, competency handling the performance of team members and an analytical mindset. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
