Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a market leading organisation based within lovely offices within Croxley Green area. This growing organisation are looking for a Credit Controller to join their successful team. 

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a fantastic organisation, this person needs to be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this person will need to have previous Credit Control or Collections experience. Some of the duties will include: 

• This is a high volume credit control/collections position - a high volume of B2B customer accounts 
• Regular and proactive contact by telephone, letter, and e-mail regarding invoices which are outstanding for payment
• Ensure the portfolio of customers are prioritised in accordance with debt value and age
• Logging invoice queries and directing them to other business areas
• Liaise with all other business areas to ensure the timely resolution of queries
• Logging all collection notes on database
• Establishing rapport & maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Analysing and preparing data for regular conference calls and customer visits
• Ensure that excellent customer relations are maintained at all times
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Offer an excellent customer experience
• Any other duties as defined by management 

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within Credit Control 
• High level of Customer Service
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills 
• Ability to handle difficult situations with Customers
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Strong team player
• Strong MS Office Skills including Excel 
• Strong communication skills on all levels
