We are recruiting a Team Administrator for the large, busy and vibrant customer service department of an international company. A varied and interesting role that supports the smooth running of the teams and all related processes, we are looking for candidates with strong administration experience, good analytical skills, strong working knowledge of Excel and fantastic organisational skills. This role is to commence ASAP in January for an initial 9 month fixed term contract – candidates must be available to start the position within 1-2 weeks of interview.
Role overview:
- Provide administrative support to the customer service teams and management
- Manage the health and safety of Customer Services in line with current legislation, policies, standards and best practices.
- Provide cover for the Project Manager and provide department support flexibly as required.
- Work with the customer service departments to ensure accurate information is secured.
- Chair meetings and following up on any points raised by the team representatives.
- Manage outcomes and expectations of meetings providing responses and actions where applicable
- Oversee the ordering, delivery and distribution of uniform for Customer Service staff
- Manage the ordering, delivery and distribution of stationery and IT consumables for Customer Service
- Implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures regarding health and safety, security, and environmental and other legislation and good practice ensuring the company’s legal obligations are met.
- Support Customer Service in planning and tracking of advisors’ attendance on courses
- Communicating daily issues and action points to Customer Service, keeping them informed of any relevant and necessary information.
- Responsible for the content and maintenance of webchat/virtual assistant tools.
- Engage with stakeholders to foster future expansion and strategy
- Work with other representatives as primary contact for content development, content updates.
- Review conversations, provide insight into user behaviour and recommend enhancements
- Respond flexibly to all requirements and be a team player
Candidate requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Planning and organising skills
- A good work ethic and a desire to get the job done.
- Passion to provide excellent Customer Service.
- Computer literacy, data management and analysis
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Attention to detail and high standards of delivery.
