We are pleased to be working with an innovative, high-growth business who have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join an expanding, warm and welcoming company based in Hemel Hempstead.

As an EA you will be responsible for working closely with the company’s director level team and you will be their key support, managing all aspects of daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, handling sensitive data as well as much more!
Outside of being a direct support, we’re looking for someone that’d be comfortable stepping in and supporting with “office management” type duties in their absence and supporting the team with administration/reporting etc.
As such, previous experience within an EA/PA role is a must have and anything more office management/operations in your locker would be a huge bonus.
This is a permanent role paying a salary of up to £45,000 + bonus/benefits. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm and the role offers a hybrid 3/2 split, there aren’t set work from home days in place, the 2x days a week are up for discussion and would be put in place on a regular basis that suits you.
The company is based in the Maylands area in Hemel Hempstead, free parking available and on-site, before applying please do consider and look into the location as you’d be going into the offices at least 3 times a week.
