A client based in St Albans is seeking an nterim Financial Controller to support the business during a period of transformation. This is a 5-6 month contract, ideal for a hands-on and proactive finance professional with strong leadership experience in an SME environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Director and report directly to the Managing Director. You will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day financial operations, leading a small finance team, and helping modernise finance processes.

This is a part-time office-based role, requiring three days per week in the office. Some flexibility for additional days may be needed as the project evolves.

This interim role will be paid as a day rate PAYE and this rate will be discussed on application.
