Think Accountancy & Finance have partnered with a business in Borehamwood that strive to be the leading provider in their field. The Accounts Payable team is growing and they are looking for an exceptional individual who values teamwork, innovation and has great communication skills.  

Must have at least 1+ years expereince in an Accounts Payable position. 

Responsibilities Include

• Daily tasks involve processing invoices and credit notes.
• Managing direct debit allocations and postings.
• Conducting weekly expense checks and entering data.
• Ensuring monthly supplier statements are accurately reconciled.
• Facilitating bi-weekly supplier payment runs.
• Handling manual paperwork for invoice payments.
• Allocating bank payments to respective supplier accounts.
• Reconciling prepayments monthly and managing VAT recharges.
• Fulfilling additional operational duties within the Finance department as directed by the Manager.
• Reviewing supplier accounts during month-end closures.
• Prioritising customer satisfaction and empowering consumers to make informed decisions while maintaining a high standard of care.
