Think Accountancy and Finance have partnered with a business in Watford who are looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant.

This will be on a 6 months temporary basis so we are looking for applicants who are immediately available. The role will start as full time in the office but after training you will have the option to work 2 days from home a week.

We are looking for candidates who have between 6 months to 2 years experience for this role.

The client is looking for an ambitious junior account assistant to be responsible for the day-to-day processing of Accounts Payable invoices and provide support to the finance team.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Processing Accounts Payable invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Accruals and prepayments
• Payment runs
• Setting up a list of overdue suppliers
• Employee expenses
• Processing credit card statements
• Office administration

The position will commence ASAP so please only apply if you can start within 1 week from application.

Paying an hourly rate equivalent of £21,000 - £23,000 on a temporary basis.
