Think Accountancy and Finance are looking for a Part Time Finance Administrator for a company in Watford. The position would require someone for 4 hours a day 5 days a week.

There is a potential that this role will go permanent depending on the candidate so a good opportunity going forward.

Due to the urgent requirement, we are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator who can start immediately. The role will pay an hourly rate plus holiday pay based on the equivalent of c.£30,000 FTE.

Job Responsibilities:

The role will support the Finance Manager for 4 hours a day Monday to Friday and we are looking for experience in:

• Managing accounts and Info email inboxes
• Handling customer queries regarding their payments
• Experience of processing wholesale orders and taking payments from business customers
• Entering Bank receipts and payments
• Cash expenses
• Credit card expenses
• Processing purchase invoices
• Updating the nonstock purchase orders spreadsheet
• Payment runs for suppliers
• Credit control
• Processing customer refunds
• Updating the online customers refund and returns spreadsheet
• Reconciliations
