This family feel company have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team. This position would suit someone who has an interest in pharmaceuticals or has previously worked within a pharmacy, and someone who has good communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service. This position is a great opportunity to join a successful, fun and family feel office, as well as a good opportunity for someone to start a successful career.

Salary - £23,000 
Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm

Some of the duties will include:

• Reviewing customer prescriptions 
• Contacting patients to provide information on the homecare service, and arrange delivery
• Processing of customer prescriptions
• Raising customer orders 
• Provide support to the dispensing team
• Support with stock take
• Work well as part of a team 
• Keeping customer records accurately updated 

The suitable candidate:

• Minimum of 1 year experience within customer service
• Strong communication skills on all levels 
• Great team player
• Happy to be office based
• High level of attention to detail
