Think Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be exclusively supporting a Watford based business who are seeking for experienced Credit Controllers. This one-of-a-kind professional services business are searching for someone to take control of all things receivable.

This company are rapidly growing and are on the look-out for a candidate who can adapt and development to area outside the key duties listed below.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the collection of debts from company debtors
• Allocation of customer receipts
• Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers credit rankings via credit checks.
• Setting up of terms and conditions of credit
• Ensuring timely payment of debts
• Managing client queries
• Investigation and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices
• Processing daily invoicing
• Working to strict monthly collection targets/deadline
• Providing holiday/sickness cover for the finance team
• Other financial and administration tasks to ensure a smooth-running finance department

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a similar role
• Strong /Advanced excel skills (i.e. VLOOKUP/ Pivot table)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Good problem-solving skills
