We are pleased to be working with a high-growth business to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for a long-term temporary assignment, with the potential to secure a permanent role for the right candidate. Based out of either their Hemel Hempstead or Soho office, the role will involve occasional travel into London with the first few days of training to be based out of their Central London HQ. This is a new role for the company and offers an exciting opportunity to shape the role and new operation! We are looking for candidates with strong customer service and communication skills!

Hybrid working, largely working from home and the option to either work from home mainly and then some office presence in the Hemel Hempstead or Soho offices going forward. You would only need to be able to get to Soho for maybe 1-3 days within the first 2 weeks for some site based training and to meet the team. 

Role Overview:

As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for calling sites to investigate and report back on issues being experienced.

• Pick up tickets assigned to you through our ticket management system.
• Each ticket will list a particular issue relating to one or more sites
• Action the ticket by calling the relevant sites and provide a response.
• You will also need to add notes on each shop through helpdesk ticketing system
• Pick up ad-hoc requests from the Partner Support Manager assigned to you.
• Ad-hoc requests will require similar action to the tickets mentioned above.
• Refer to internal reports to resolve queries or issues
• Call sites to remind them of the correct processes.
• Ensure any escalations are raised to the Manager

• Attention to detail
• Office based customer service experience preferred but not essential
